Well, this is just to show how happy I was with the help and service I got off Paul from
http://www.kayaknorthwales.co.uk. I called Paul and spoke to him last week to see if he could get me a replacement prowler big game. He called me back in less than 1 hour to say he could have one at the shop by the next weds. He then called me back on the Weds to tell me he had got it that day and to ask would it be OK to unpack it and check it was all OK, which I said was fine. He did this and called me back to say it was fine, I asked him whether it would be OK to pick it up on Thurs morning, and he said that would be great. I came down on the Thurs and had a chat with Paul, and then he said before you pay me check that you are happy with it, if its not what you expect it to be I will send it back and get another one for you, so I went outside and took my trusty bottle of washing up liquid and checked all the scupper joints and fittings- not a bubble to be seen in any place. I went back into the shop and Paul asked if I was happy with it, and paid him for the yak. I can not fault the service and attitude of the staff in the shop as they made me feel like the most important customer in the world, and I can say they seem to do this with every customer that comes through the door unlike a lot of shops that just see you as pound sign.
